This highly accurate 16 program AC resistance weld controller uses the latest ARM CORTEX microcontroller and has been designed to be used in almost any type of AC resistance welding machine. Its intuitive 4 line dynamic LCD display allows ease of configuration. 

Remote configuration, such as connecting to a PLC is achievable through the Modbus RS232/485 port (full instructions are provided for the protocol).

The design of the iC200 electrical interface allows easy replacement of existing weld controllers.

Typical applications which are not exhaustive extend to Mesh Welders, Fence Welders, Spot Welders, Bar and Butt Welders, Seam Welders and Contact Welders.

The iC200 is also available in a slim din rail mount casing with no screen, this model is for remote configuration from a PLC. The slim design and dinrail mounting means easy installation and helps with space saving in your cabinet.
